Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties.
Return Conditions

The product must be returned in its original condition, complete and undamaged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received is defective or not as described.
Return Procedure

Send a return request to everlixe@gmail.com, including your order number.

Wait for our confirmation and return address.

Send the product back in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Exceptions
Customized or used products are not eligible for a refund, unless they are defective.
